Rafael de la Fuente

Mr. de la Fuente graduated from Law School at ITESM, Monterrey, Mexico in 2000 and obtained his Mexican law license the same year.  While in Mexico, Mr. de la Fuente practiced corporate and civil law.  

​

Although not yet licensed to practice law in the United States, Mr. de la Fuente has completed his LLM from Washington Law School and is looking forward to successfully completing his bar exam.  

​

Currently, Mr. de la Fuente manages the Personal Injury Department and assists the firm in managing various civil matters for the firm's clients.

Jose Manuel Gutierrez

Mr. Gutierrez graduated from Law School at the Universidad Autonoma de San Luis Potosi, Mexico in 1986 and obtained his Mexican Law License in 1988.  While in Mexico, Mr. Gutierrez practiced civil, criminal, and corporate law before both state and federal tribunals.

 

Mr. Gutierrez manages the property damage claims department for the law firm.  These claims include losses to our clients due to hail, water, wind, and and business interruption.  He can be contacted directly at
